Welcome to the Hillsdale House, a piece of Columbia County, NY since 1797. This historical restaurant and inn was first a stagecoach stop, post office, and a meeting place for revolutionary politicians. Our friendly and warm tavern atmosphere serves dinner all year round, and lunch May 6th through Labor Day.

The Hillsdale House accommodates Gluten-Free, Vegan, and Vegetarian diets. The restaurant consists of a full bar and two dining rooms, one private. Our private dining room can be reserved for small parties and events.

The Hillsdale House is the only restaurant in Hillsdale and surrounding areas that offers mouthwatering Brick Oven Pizza.
